This session guides workplaces to know and understand more about how to combat workplace harassment and arm employees with the appropriate information in order to be more confident and productive in their work environment.

Harassment Prevention Champion

This extensive certification program ensures your entire office and/or department are trained, know and understand bystander intervention and how to appropriately draw the line using accountability measures.

Over the course of certification, participants do more than watch a cheesy video and are active participants in their learning experience. This program will also help participants recognize and help their clients and those they interact with beyond the office.

Overall Program Objectives:

  • Recognize what constitutes sexual harassment, harassment and bullying behavior

  • Know and understand appropriate responses to inappropriate behaviors

  • Know the recourse regarding responses to inappropriate behaviors

  • Provide employees with appropriate responses to inappropriate situations

Collectively Drawing the Line

This guided session provides employees an active voice in drawing the line in the workplace and what it means to truly have a “zero tolerance” policy. 

Employees will walk away from this session with a working agreement they may post, and later easily update, in an effort to remain current. All employees will know and understand where their workplace line is drawn and how to help and support each other in eliminating inappropriate behaviors.

  • Establish an anti-harassment working agreement suitable for any workplace

bystander intervention training

Stand up for yourself and others by learning about bystander intervention. This session also focuses heavily on workplace accountability measures to ensure engagement and knowing where the line is drawn in an effort to not cross it.
