Remaining at the Forefront

I had the opportunity to sit down with Iowa Public Radio's Clay Masters this week to discuss Iowa politics and harassment at work. I've known Clay for several years - since his beat was with the Capitol Press Corps and he'd come to weekly Senate GOP briefings I planned. It's always great to catch up with old colleagues and more importantly, talk about my passion: ending workplace harassment. 

I say it in the interview but it's important to reiterate: if we want to put an end to this problem, we have to continue to keep this topic at the forefront - in front of legislators, on agendas, in board rooms. Safe workplaces are too important to let fall by the wayside.
